Wellbeing in schools is a program that has been designed to inspire and motivate students to lead a healthier life by eating real foods and making fitness a priority.
We have teamed up Tim Robards (Health & Wellness Educator/The Robards Method) and Kate Coleman (Founder of Tasting Fitness & No Packet November) to galvanise change for improved lifestyle habits in our future generations.
OUR WORKSHOPS WILL:
-give students the opportunity to create & taste various foods and experience new exercises
-compliment existing curriculum and program needs, e.g. kitchen garden programs, Physical Education
-empower students to adopt positive lifestyle changes for themselves & their community
"This program is engaging and educational and more relevant than ever; students are so keen to learn healthy cooking, and even more thrilled when they discover how easy, and tasty, it is to do themselves.” Sam B—Teacher.
“Students academic results are better as the result of an active lifestyle.” Alistair—Principal.
