Stress is one of the worlds’s leading health issues. Lack of sleep causes disfunction in the body and the mind. It is commonly understood that more stress equals less sleep. 


In Stress Versus Sleep we explore our relationship between the mind and the body, ourselves and each other.   

There are many simple and effective mindful physical techniques that can be incorporated into our daily lives to help manage our stress, anxiety and the ability to concentrate.


This workshops gives students the chance to experience an ideal evening routine to better prepare them for sleep. The routine is based on slow movements combined with the breath and is followed by a deep relaxation exercise. 


Letting go of the events of the day is the key to waking up feeling fresh and rejuvenated.
