FunFit’s yoga, meditation and mindfulness classes encourage the mind/body connection. Students gain a greater understanding of their body and the way it moves, whilst learning techniques to calm their mind and connect their body with their breath.

In today’s busy world the ability to calm your breath and focus your mind is the best study aid you can harness. Connecting with our body and breath helps to support us with the many challenges we face in life, along with supporting mental health and injury prevention.

All classes are run by qualified instructors who hold a current Working With Children check.
