Zest for Dance offers dance programs featuring age-appropriate routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We will be travelling the world to learn about the different rhythms and countries, where we incorporate routines, fun games, travel related activities and cultural elements. Zumba is a dance-fitness combination that includes culturally diverse music and various elements of dance and cardio, including Hip Hop, Latin dancing, and maybe even Flamenco. The children will have so much fun while enjoying the benefits, like improved endurance, body coordination, rhythm and the love of dancing together.
Our programs are for kindergartens, day care centres, holiday programs, active after school care (AASC), kindergarten incursions, and outside school hours care (OSHC). Zumba Kids Jr is specifically designed for children between 3-6 years olds and typically run for 30 min. Zumba Kids is for 5-11 year olds and typically run for 45 min or 1.5 hrs as a workshop.
