In small groups, children will design, build and test their own mini golf course based around mathematical principles appropriate to age.
Includes the following aspects of mathematics dependent on year level booked: addition and scoring, averaging, angles,measurement, motion, probability, properties of 2D and 3D shapes
With lots of fun obstacles to inspire children this is a great hands on, cross curricular activity to inspire children and consider real world applications.
Workshop includes use of mini golf frames, obstacles, shapes, corners and ramps, golf clubs, balls and extra teachers resources.
Standard mini golf sets and hire are also available for fundraiser or other school events.
