Game Design Academy is Australian owned and operated business that offer affordable after-school and holiday courses in 3D Animation, Modelling and Games Design for 9-16 y.o. children.
Our students are enjoying one-on-one training with their teachers on a weekly basis. Our courses are offered online and structured in such a way that students work at flexible times that are convenient for them with ongoing teacher support.
Every course comes with FREE Professional software packages.
Our courses are taught by highly qualified teachers that hold teaching degree or Postgraduate qualifications in education, 3 Modelling, Animation and Games Design combined with hands on industry experience.
All teachers hold National Working with Children Check, First Aid certificates and Responding to Child Abuse & Neglect Certificate. We keep our standards high and our online learning area is a safe place to be.
Our courses are designed by experienced teachers with the goal to help your child to reach their maximum potential by advancing their skills in Maths, English, Art & Design, developing lateral thinking, confidence, creativity and possibly choosing their future career path.
Words from the founder:
My team and I worked on this project for quite some time and we are very proud and exited that it is finally on and live. I worked in 3D Modelling, Animation & Game Design for about 15 years and taught these skills to the students over 10 years.
Driven by incredible passion, I was able to team up with wonderful like-minded teachers who are as enthusiastic about our industry and sharing knowledge with the children as I am.
We incorporated years of our industry expertise in 3D Modelling, Animation & Game Design, pedagogical classroom experience, course design and creating engaging materials for online learning in order to bring this course to live.
Our courses are based on student-centered learning principals to keep children engaged and to make learning process exciting and fun.
